CI Consultancy and Professional Training is an accredited Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training provider by the Council of Six Sigma Certification. We are currently the first and only Zambian Lean Six Sigma training provider. Our accreditation is a testament to our dedication and commitment to providing high-quality training to our clients that is internationally recognized.

PROFESSIONAL TRAINING
We offer Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training aimed at providing professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to improve processes by identifying and reducing variation and waste.
We also offer engineers a master class that covers statistics, regression, and the design of experiments (DOE) with the goal of helping them better optimize process performance.

CONSULTANCY
At CI, we have a team dedicated to helping students carry out Lean Six Sigma projects. We are focusing on students who may need guidance and help running their first lean six sigma project or any project that applies lean six-sigma techniques and principles.
